User-Generated Content Policy

1. Introduction

This UGC Policy explains the terms under which users may upload or share content ("User Content"), including photos, journal entries, and other materials, through The Magic Travel Genie platform operated by Sandman AI Ltd ("we", "us", "our").

By submitting content to our website, app, or related services, you agree to comply with this Policy and our Terms of Service.

2. Ownership of Content

You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the content you upload.

By submitting content, you grant Sandman AI Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the operation, marketing, and improvement of The Magic Travel Genie.

You may revoke this licence by deleting your content or closing your account, except where retention is required by law or technical necessity (such as backups).

3. User Responsibilities

By uploading or submitting content, you confirm that:

• You own or control all rights in your content, or have permission from the rightful owner
• Your content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or data protection rights
• Your content does not contain anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or harassing
• You have obtained consent from any identifiable individuals appearing in your content

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove, disable, or restrict access to any User Content at any time, without notice or liability.

4. Visibility of Your Content

Your itineraries, Journal entries, and Travel Map pins and photos are private to your account.

Submitted review content may be provided to us for moderation purposes, but is not currently publicly displayed through a customer community or review system.

Authorised Magic Travel Genie administrators may access your content where required to operate, moderate, and support the service under this Policy and our Privacy Policy.

The Magic Travel Genie currently provides no user-controlled public publishing or community-sharing feature.

5. Moderation

We may use automated checks (such as file validation) and administrative review to monitor content uploaded to the service.

We do not review all content in advance, but we may remove or restrict content that we reasonably believe breaches this Policy or applicable laws.

6. Reporting Infringement

If you believe any content infringes your rights, please contact info@themagictravelgenie.com with:

• Your contact details
• A description of the infringing content and where it appears
• Proof of ownership or authority

We will review and respond within 10 business days.

7. Repeat Infringement

We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property or violate this Policy.

8. No Compensation

You will not receive compensation for the use of your content unless explicitly agreed in writing.

9. Liability

We are not responsible for User Content or any loss, damage, or harm arising from it.

Users are solely responsible for the content they submit.

10. Legal Compliance

We may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required to investigate unlawful content.
