The Magic Travel Genie is operated by Sandman AI Ltd, registered in Scotland (Company No. SC832831).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service.

3. Using the Service

You agree to use the Service responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws.

You must not:

• misuse, copy, resell, or exploit the Service or its content
• attempt to scrape, extract, or reverse engineer the platform
• use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes

Travel recommendations and content provided by the Service are for informational purposes only.

4. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Genie+ Premium is a recurring subscription, available monthly (currently £7.99 per month) or annually (currently £64.99 per year). It renews automatically according to its billing period until cancelled, and your Premium access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

The Trip Pass is a one-off purchase (currently £9.99) that permanently applies the available premium features to one specific itinerary. It does not convert your account to a Genie+ subscription and does not increase your monthly AI trip generation allowance.

Because billing is managed by Lemon Squeezy, you can cancel a subscription using the billing management link provided by Lemon Squeezy in your purchase confirmation email, or by contacting us at info@themagictravelgenie.com. After cancelling, your Premium access continues until the end of the paid billing period. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds are provided at our discretion unless required by law.

6. Affiliate Links

Some links on The Magic Travel Genie are affiliate links. This means we may earn a commission if you book or purchase through them, at no additional cost to you.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and branding of the Service are owned by Sandman AI Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for personal use only.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to use your inputs to operate, improve, and develop the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may include links to third-party websites or services, including travel providers. We do not control or guarantee these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or performance.

We do not provide travel services, bookings, or guarantees. We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, losses, or issues arising from third-party providers.

9. Liability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, accurate, complete, or up to date.

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from:

• reliance on AI-generated content
• travel decisions made based on the Service
• use of third-party links or services

10. Availability of Service

We may update, modify, or suspend the Service at any time without notice.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Scottish law. The courts of Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
